How to order?

You can browse through our products and buy them without registration.

When you decide to buy a product, click on it, enter the required data, if that option is available, choose product features, if that option is available, enter the quantity and press the “Add to cart” button. Your shopping cart is always displayed in the upper right corner of the page.

Remove items from your cart or change their quantity by clicking the shopping cart item, which will take you to the shopping cart overview. There you will be able to change the quantity of items or remove them from your cart.

After adding the desired items, click “CHECKOUT”. That will take you to a page showing your shopping cart items. Remove items by clicking the button X in the column “QUANTITY” or change the quantity by entering the desired quantity.

To complete the order process, choose the shipping option and press “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” down bellow. Than a new section will be opened were you have to choose to buy with or without registration (guest order) and than enter the billing information and additional shipping address if it is different from the billing address. Choose the payment method: Credit and Debit Card payment or Pay Pal payment and accept the terms of use and press the button “PLACE ORDER NOW”. By clicking the button “PLACE ORDER NOW” you will be immediately redirected to the pages of the CorvusPay system for processing online card payments or to Pay Pal login page for Pay Pal payments. After your payment has been processed, you will be taken back to our website and you will receive a payment confirmation via e-mail.

Delivery costs will be displayed in the last step of the order and they will depend on the total weight of your order.

A shipping company will deliver your order for previously set prices and conditions.

The invoice will be sent to you by email.

 

Privacy policy

We collect the personal data you submit to us or the data we need to deliver and/or improve our services. We collect and receive data through our website and/or through other methods. You send your data directly to us (when you contact us), and sometimes we collect your data (e.g. through cookies which help us understand how you use our website).

We process personal data in order to operate our business and to manage, support and obtain feedback on the services we have delivered and to prevent breaches of security and legal or contractual requirements. We process personal data to manage ordering and buying processes, to help you with your inquiries and questions, to send promotional materials (if so requested), to conduct analyses and gather statistical data.

 

Terms of purchase

General terms

These terms provide information about the order, payment, delivery and return processes of the products available in our web-shop. Baloo Labels j.d.o.o. is the seller, and the buyer is every person of full age who visits our online shop to buy items in one of the ways described in the further course of the text. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided during the order process. By purchasing items from our online shop you agree with the terms outlined in the further course of the text.

Accuracy of content

While every effort is made to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are as accurate as possible, minor mistakes or inconsistencies may occasionally occur.

Product availability

Despite regularly monitoring stock and production levels and daily updating our online shop, a product may be listed as available, while in fact we cannot deliver it for technical reasons. If that happens, you will be notified and you will be able to change or cancel your order.

Prices

All prices are quoted in Kuna (HRK). „The taxpayer is not subject to the VAT system, VAT is not charged on the grounds of Article 90 Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Law on VAT (official gazette of the Republic of Croatia Narodne Novine Nr. 73/13)“.

Special offers

We will periodically, at our own discretion, select and offer products as part of special offers. The products will either be available to all customers under the same conditions or to customers of a certain and specific group. We will explain the special offer conditions in detail, especially the duration, the limited quantities, the discount rate, etc.

After the special offer period it will not be possible to place orders under the conditions of the special offer which has ended.

Orders

You can order from our online shop in one of the following ways: First find a product you would like to buy. You can browse through our product range using the menu on the top of the page. To see its description, click on a product. After checking the price, choose the design, enter the desired data and add the product to your cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button. You will immediately be directed to the order overview page, where you can either proceed to the payment or return to the shop and continue browsing products. On the order overview page you can change the quantity you have entered or empty your cart if you have changed your mind.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and Debit Card payment in one instalment: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Diners, American Express
  • Pay Pal payment

Delivery

In-stock items ready for customization or production will be sent no later than 72 hours after your payment has been received (which can take one or two days depending on your bank). The order will be delivered to the address provided when the order was placed within five to ten working days from order receipt, depending on the recipient’s location and the current production levels. If the product is not available, one of our employees will contact and inform you about a possible delivery date. You will receive a shipping notification e-mail with the name of the shipping company. Inspect the products immediately upon receipt. Any defects must be communicated to the seller either by making a note on the carrier’s delivery note or directly to the seller.

 

Return or exchange policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return or exchange it within 14 working days after receiving it. We will not accept items for exchange or refund after that. The product must be unused and in the original packaging with the invoice enclosed. If you do not want to exchange it, we will reimburse the amount you paid. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods and the new delivery. You have the right to return incorrect or defect products unless they were damaged during shipping. In that case and in agreement with the buyer we will accept the return and send a new shipment without additional costs. All returns must be accompanied by the invoice and other documents you received.

 

FILING CONSUMER COMPLAINTS

According to Article 8 Paragraph 2 of the Law on Consumer Protection (Narodne novine, Nr. 79/07., 125/07. – cf., 79/09. and 89/09. – cf., 110/15) you have the right to send a written complaint to the following address:

We will respond to your complaint no later than 15 days after its receipt.

Withdrawal from the contract

Both parties may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract within the set period by an unequivocal statement sent by post, fax or e-mail and which includes your first and last name, address, phone or fax number or email address, the product and quantity you are returning. See end of article for a model withdrawal form.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which the receiver receives the goods. 

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract, unless you have chosen a different shipment method. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, you will not incur any fees. We will carry out the reimbursement when we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the products. The returns charge will be the same as the original shipping charge if the return is carried out by the same shipping company.

You are liable for any reduction in product value due to other handling of the item than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of it.
